Our trip was absolutely delightful, from dining to accommodation and transportation! The breakfast offered a great variety, and the views were beautiful. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, and the service was attentive, making for a very comfortable stay. I slept soundly until morning. Getting around was easy, and parking was convenient. Overall, a perfect experience, highly recommended!

Booked this hotel last minute and it exceeded my expectations! May at the front desk was fantastic—very kind and efficient with the check-in process. The room was spotless and well-stocked with amenities. Even when I called late at night, the front desk answered promptly and delivered items quickly. Very satisfied!

A tranquil oasis in the city. The room's design is very stylish, minimalist yet sophisticated. I felt completely relaxed staying here. I loved the large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Urumqi's city skyline. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.

The night view is great, and the breakfast at the restaurant is also good. It's just a bit far from Urumqi's popular attractions. The underfloor heating was really powerful, and there was no humidifier in the room, so I had to make my own (soaking two bath towels and placing them by the bed, plus opening the window). The front desk staff were also very patient. Overall, it was okay.

The location is halfway between Urumqi Station and the airport, with travel times generally within 20 minutes. The hotel has a sky lobby. The staff ladies were very friendly. The room was also very spacious, clean, with plenty of hot water, and comfortable bedding. My only suggestion is that I hope they keep the breakfast food warm, as some dishes were a bit cold.

Staff were prompt in clearing dishes. Overall, I felt this hotel pays attention to details, such as the free drinks and tissues in the lobby, and a very clean kettle in the room with no limescale. For a hotel in this price range, it offers excellent value for money. It's a practical choice for both business trips and leisure travel, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to this city.
