JI Hotel (Urumqi Exhibition Center)

Stayed for two days. The meal was delicious. When I met the staff lady in the elevator in the morning, she greeted me proactively and had a strong sense of service. I have been traveling in Xinjiang for so long, and I stayed at the All Seasons because of the service, accommodation environment, and bed and breakfast. Overall, it is a very cost-effective option that has always attracted me. The service awareness of the All Seasons staff is really good. They adopt the feedback in a timely manner and listen to solve the problem. It is really comfortable to process. They cleaned the room in time when I continued to stay, and gave me laundry detergent, which made me super happy. I finally don’t have to go downstairs to buy laundry detergent every time. It’s warm. 😬

1. The breakfast variety is very limited, not worth the price! 2. The attitude is not very good! 3. I extended my stay and clearly asked the front desk to swipe my card. However, I don't know if she did not do it correctly, which resulted in me not being able to open the door when I returned to the hotel at around 12:00 a.m. So I went back to the front desk from the 22nd floor to swipe my card. The two girls at the front desk did not apologize at all and were very indifferent! When I left the hotel this morning, I was still charged for parking! Will not stay again, bad review!

The faucet is not well matched and the pressure is high. There is no pressure relief filter. When I turned on the faucet, water splashed all over me. The faucet is too hard to open. The grade of the faucet is not suitable for this hotel.

房間寬敞舒適，設施齊全，衞生乾淨，服務貼心，下次還會選擇入住！環境乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到，位置便利，入住體驗超棒，性價比很高！

從新疆回來後，一直忙於工作，今天才抽出時間寫一下酒店入住心得，萬分感謝酒店的服務質量和服務態度。10月4日、5日我們一家入住烏魯木齊全季酒店會展中心店。選在這裏入住，主要是方便觀看刀郎演唱會。我們是10月5日場次的。那一晚，令我終生難忘，平生第一次見到了刀郎本人，很興奮。第一次體驗到了演唱會現場的震撼氛圍。一整夜，我都沉浸在刀郎的音樂世界裏，不能自拔。10月6日，我們退房，繼續遊覽賽里木湖（不能白活呀）。在去住賽里木湖的路上，開車的兒子突然想起來，手錶可能落在了酒店，我立刻聯繫酒店前台，前台聽完後，立即聯繫保潔人員，並第一時間回覆我，手錶保管在前台，歡迎我隨時來取。我們懸着的心終於落下了。這是兒子出國途經新加坡時，給自己買的禮物，雖然不是很名貴，但是意義重大。10月9日，我們返回烏魯木齊，順利地取回了手表。由於時間匆忙（趕飛機），我忘記詢問前台工作人員的名字了，但我清晰地記住了前台小哥的樣貌。希望酒店好好表揚10月6日前台小姐姐和10月9日前台小哥，他們把顧客想在前面，為顧客着想，為顧客全心全意服務，真正把酒店的服務理念落到了實處。兩天的入住體驗讓我感受到了家的温暖，酒店衞生環境非常nice,酒店的餐飲也EVERY good!再次感謝全季酒店，如果再旅遊，無論到哪，我都會選擇全季酒店！

酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，周邊配套齊全。房間整潔舒適，辦公休息兩不誤，床品柔軟，睡眠質量很好。服務專業高效，前台辦理入住迅速，細節做得很到位。整體環境安靜，設施完善，非常適合商務出行，值得五星推薦！
