The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very enthusiastic, especially those in the F&B department! The service was excellent, and the breakfast ingredients were fresh and delicious! It left a very good impression on me!

Everything about the facilities and front desk service was great, the only downside was the laundry room management. After putting my clothes in the washing machine and leaving a note, they weren't moved to the dryer. Aside from that, everything else was perfect!

The front desk service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, the hotel offers free ground-level parking, and there's complimentary tea, coffee, cookies, and other refreshments in the lobby. The lounge area was very relaxing. It was a great place. I'd definitely come back next time.

The soundproofing is excellent, which I think is very important for people who need a good resting environment. The place is also very clean, and the service is great. They even gave us a small gift when we left. The location is also convenient, just the right distance from the shopping mall and the train station. It was a great experience!

The single bed in the family room was a bit basic, but everything else was fine. The front desk service was attentive and welcoming. There was complimentary tea in the lobby, the New Year atmosphere was nice, and the coffee in the lobby was also good. The business center was available free of charge. Though small, it had everything you needed. The breakfast was also quite good, and the rooms were clean.
