Aires del Beagle Apartment

The accommodation is very nice, it is somewhat far from the center, the area is very noisy due to the circulation of cars and buses. The mattresses are terrible and the heating is designed to roast humans. The cost/performance ratio is not justified from my perspective.

We were in apartment 709, it is for 2 people. The room is in the ba*****t and it is spacious and comfortable, it would need a suitcase support since it does not fit in the closet and we left it upstairs in the kitchen star, on the armchair. The bathroom according to the apartment. The kitchen and small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and microwave) are good and easy to use. The heating, both by radiators and by underfloor heating, is a little high, we had to open a window since it cannot be regulated... For those who go with a car or rent a car, it has a garage, otherwise you can leave it on the street as there is space. We liked the place and we recommend it

As you will see, there is no need to lie to people, if there is a person who traveled in August and I traveled in December and we had similar perceptions, it will mean that the description is real. If a bedroom is below the pavement line it is because it is in a ba*****t or almost ba*****t. Thank you for the courtesy of changing the whites every 4 days, it's a shame that one is used to bathing every day. I warn people again, take your toilet paper with you because they don't replenish it either.

Super cozy apartments. They come recontra equipped: microwave, stove, cutlery and crockery, a small minibar, safe, even an iron they have. The divine bathroom. They give you towels, kitchen paper, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, detergent and some cleaning items. They are located near the center, two blocks away there is a supermarket. Check in is done at Hotel Los Naranjos, very fast. They don't give you a key, you have to download an app and the apartments are opened from your cell phone. The only observation is that the parking lot is small, the last night a truck had parked very much in the middle and we couldn't enter our car. Luckily we were able to locate the owner and he ran it for both of them to enter. Maybe it would be good to define the spaces 😊

I want to report my dissatisfaction with Aires del Beagle Apartment and my stay there. First and foremost, first I approached them with my claim and THEY DIDN'T DESERVE TO RESPOND. They ignored my messages and did not give me any kind of compensation. With that said, I'm going to recount the experience. The room, located in a BA*****T, had nothing to do with the 44 photos published on Booking about the establishment. We arrived, and in the whole apartment there was a smell of CLOACA. Although they solved this problem (partially) on day 2, we lived with odor vapors throughout our stay. As if this were not enough, every time we wanted to watch a series on TV we couldn't because it DIDN'T WORK. Nobody took care of repairing it. Knowing that it had a TV had been decisive when choosing an establishment. We expect some type of recognition or return from Booking, since unfortunately Aires del Beagle not only did not take charge, but also did not even RESPOND to our claim. We are deeply disappointed with our stay as it did not live up to what it promises to be on Booking. We are long time users, and we have never been so disappointed; we feel cheated because we spent a lot of money, and when we contracted the service the conditions were different.

IT IS NOT A HOTEL. There is no reception or cleaning service. You pick up your keys at another hotel in the chain and the rest is up to you. There are no covers, just a bed cover on the beds. The whole apartment smells like dust. I stayed 7 days and they sent new towels and sheets after 3 days. That was all! There was a leak in the bathroom wall, they sent a plumber the other day and I had to clean it all up. Little care with guests is little. The street is busy and the walls and windows do not seal anything. All light and street noise passes through. It is relatively well located. A little far from the center, but ok. Walking about six blocks, you get to the main street. Anyway, I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is looking for a little comfort and tranquility on their vacation.

Excellent place! Point to improve is the cleaning of window panes to better appreciate the excellent views it has. Data to keep in mind, how noisy the traffic is! Nothing can be done about that but it is to be taken into account!

Excellent the comforts of the place, very complete it has a kitchen with everything for breakfast or lunch, good bathroom. Nearby there is a super well located you can walk to the center, to the waterfront, a recommended place to spend a few days of vacation
