What a great little hotel in a lovely place! It is clean and large enough to be professionally run and managed, yet small enough to feel like a family fun place. It is located just off the town square in a quiet side street and is about 5-10 minutes walk down the hill to the harbour front and the ferry. The hill from the ferry harbour up to the town and the hotel is quite steep but the hotel laid on a car to take us and our bags up and down at the start and end of our stay. My friend and I stayed there recently for a scuba diving trip on the island and the owners Fabio and Rosselita gave us a lovely welcome, and our twin room was comfortable and clean with a balcony overlooking the quiet street. We had to get up early each day to catch our dive boat so the lovely breakfast we had each morning was very welcome, and the smart breakfast room overlooking the town and the Mediterranean sea was clean and tidy. And being Italy the breakfast coffee is amazing!

I went with friends from a Facebook site that is interested in baseball. The old sports garment was revitalized and a tournament was also organised. I found a positive atmosphere with great kindness and desire to please the customer. Really friendly and helpful staff. Recommended without conditions.

I was supposed to stay for just one day but then I felt so good that I extended for another day. Rossella, Clelia and Cinzia are fantastic, always available. This is a hotel right in the center of town. Comfortable, functional and quiet rooms. It is an eco friendly structure as plastic is banned. Guests are given the opportunity to fill their water bottles for free at any time of the day or night. The property also offers a transfer service to and from the ship or hydrofoil. Rossella at the reception is always ready to satisfy guests' needs. It almost feels like being with family or old friends. It is certainly an experience worth repeating. Thank you

Mi sento di dare il massimo dei voti all'hotel Clelia perchè, a mio parere, soddisfa appieno i requisiti di un buon tre stelle. Tra i suoi punti di forza: posizione invidiabile a un passo dal centro del paese, gentilezza, competenza e disponibilità di tutti coloro che ci lavorano (Rossella, Fabio...), pulizia, ampiezza delle camere, colazione con ampia scelta di dolce e, a richiesta, di salato, due distributori di acqua (frizzante fredda, naturale ambiente, naturale fredda) a volontà. Insomma, un hotel che soddisfa le aspettative con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliabile.

Nous avons été accueillis de la meilleure des façons à Clélia Hotel ! On est venu nous récupérer au bateau directement avec nos bagages, merci encore. L'accueil à la réception a été exemplaire et sympathique. On nous a accueillis en français et donné toutes les informations utiles pour débuter notre séjour à Ustica. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal à une minute à pied de la place centrale du village. Nous avons passés une nuit au calme, la climatisation a été appréciée. Nous avions réservé un autre logement pour la suite de notre séjour, il nous a été proposé de faire le transfert de nos bagages pendant que nous étions partis plonger, ce service a été grandement apprécié :-) Un établissement que nous recommandons !

Nous venons de passer 7 jours à l’hôtel Clelia. L’hôtel est très agréable et bien situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, carrelées (avec balcon ns concernant). Le petit-déjeuner est un régale pour les papilles. La vue de la salle à manger est magnifique Tous les gâteaux sont faits maison, la charcuterie est délicieuse. Tout le monde est gentil et serviable. Merci pour ce charmant accueil.

Hotel centrale molto carino e pulito. Frequentiamo l'hotel Clelia da circa 5 anni e l'esperienza ogni anno è sempre ottima. Quest'anno a causa del maestrale abbiamo dovuto cambiare le date di arrivo e partenza su consiglio di Fabio (che gestisce al meglio l'hotel, sempre cortese e disponibile)che ci ha avvertito del maltempo. La prima colazione in terrazza è abbondante, variegata e ben allestita con personale disponibile e gentile. All'ingresso dell' hotel vi è a disposizione degli ospiti un distributore di acqua gassata e naturale fredda sempre funzionante. Insomma esperienza sempre al top e consigliatissima!!!

Albergo delizioso assolutamente in centro, moderno, pulito, personale cortese. Ci hanno salvato da un’esperienza drammatica in un altro hotel dal nome straniero, dove davvero non hanno idea di che cos’è la ricezione è l’amore per il turismo. Colazione panoramica stupenda.
