Sundance Resort is a quick 8-minute drive: skiing, 5-star dining, spa, mountain biking, ziplines, outdoor theater, moonlight lift rides. The Provo River Trail passes Bridal Veil Falls. A short walk to the Provo River offers blue-ribbon fly fishing. Snow removal typically occurs once per day in the morning following a storm. Snow removal can also occur at irregular times during a storm or after the road is plowed. From October thru April, be prepared for extreme winter conditions. When there is a storm, guests need to be prepared for the house's service garage to be opened and for snow blower noise and some other snow removal work noise. Snow removal may take place at night with lights.
