Business Hotel Hatago Komeya

I stayed in a single room. Smoking is allowed, but there was no cigarette smell and it was a very clean and comfortable space. As a business hotel, all the necessary amenities were provided (refrigerator, water heater, hair dryer, towels, toothbrush, etc.), so I had a comfortable stay. The microwave is located next to the elevator on the first floor, so you have to get off each time to use it. The elevator is also very narrow and can only accommodate 1-2 people, so be careful if you are large, have a lot of luggage, or are traveling in a group. The air conditioning was basically centrally controlled, and I couldn't adjust the mode individually. The staff were friendly and approachable, leaving a very good impression.

It was nice because it was clean.

I've stayed here many times, so it feels like a familiar place, like home. However, while I usually stay with a room-only plan, this time I chose the dinner and breakfast option, and I noticed something. While eating dinner, there was an ashtray on the table of a previous guest. When I arrived at the table, the host was considerate and asked if it was okay for me to smoke, so I told him I didn't want to smoke during meals. He replied "I understand" without a frown and understood. I used to be a smoker, but I quit, so I understand the desire to smoke. I thanked him for his consideration as I left the table and returned to my room after finishing my meal. I'd never noticed the smell of cigarettes in my room or anywhere else in the building, so I wasn't on guard. This was the first time I noticed it.

The facilities were clean and nice. The service was good and the breakfast was very clean and tasty for the price. The only downside is that it is quite far from the train station.

Although this hotel is slightly far away from Uto Station at 1.6 kilometers. But other than that, this hotel is great, both the service attitude of the staff and the facilities in the rooms are very good.

When I stayed at Komeya, it was still hot and humid, and when I arrived I was sweating. The waiter said it must have been really hot for me and offered me some cold tea. It was a real relief.

It was a late night check-in but they handled it with kindness.
