We were lucky enough to have stayed 3 nights here as this hotel usually seems fully booked specially during jan and feb the rainy season. So after arriving in uyuni I heard from the travel agencies there hasn’t been much rain at all this year and I guess some of the guests canceled therefore we managed to stay 3 nights here During those 3 nights the receptionist wearing glasses I think her name is Alejandra was really very helpful in every aspect. You can see she is really helping guests with her heart and most importantly a very professional attitude. Eduardo also was so nice helpful he always answered my questions with helpful details and always greet me and other guests with such a nice smile. If I will come back to uyuni I will definitely want to return. The hotel has very spacious rooms and just few minutes walk you can get to the city centre

While the location is fabulous, nothing else is. It is situated just high enough above the salar (salt flat) for excellent views, including sunset. The building appears to be built from salt blocks taken from the salar, including bed frames and headboards (but thankfully not mattresses!) Much of the floor is salt gravel too, although laminate walkways along corridors appear to be a newer addition. Many big wood-fired stoves along the corridors too, to provide heat in winter. The buffet dinner was average at best, much of it standing for a long time. A single glass of mediocre Bolivian red wine, served ice cold, cost about $10 USD -- roughly 5 or 6 times the price of the whole bottle in a shop. Buffet breakfast was marginally better, but only instant coffee and poor scrambled eggs. Not sure how much is costs to stay a night here, as it was included in our tour.

An unusual hotel (it’s made of salt😀) with massive rooms and even bigger bathroom. I suspect it’s as good as it gets in Uyuni but can’t see that that’s a reason to give 5 stars like many before me. It is within east walking distance of the centre of Uyuni and would have given more but for the standard of breakfast. I know I’m a westerner expecting too much but is was easily the worst breakfast selection we had in three weeks of travel and on our second day the breakfast area was so crowded we couldn’t even get a table, never mind any food. The staff at the front desk however are really helpful but there is no safe deposit box which I didn’t like despite the fact that they said there was always someone on the front desk.

Stayed for one night after a 2 night/3 days crossing from San Pedro de Atacama to Uyuni. Our room and the staff were 5/5 but the building is a work in progress and is still part building site so 3/5. Our room and bathroom were huge and very comfortable; the restaurant on the third floor was fine. The big after our stay We travelled on a 2200 hrs bus and the hotel looked after our luggage and gave us a small room to wait in (no charge).

Very cool to stay in a hotel made of salt! We stayed for one night before our flight in the morning back to La Paz. The reception was very friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi to the airport. The room was very comfortable and quite big. The bathroom was huge and had hot water. It was easy to walk to restaurants. The free breakfast was good. There was some construction happening during the day but it was very quiet at night. Would recommend!

This is a nice hotel located near the center of town. The rooms had sufficient hot water and were warm and clean. Reception was very thorough when explaining the facilities and surrounding area. We also were informed of our options for tours of the salt flat. We were able to arrange a full day tour of the Salar de Ununi which was fabulous.

We have spent one night here after taking overnight bus from Sucre. Arrived in the hotel little after 5am and was greeted by the front desk manager and ushered to private room to rest as our quadruple room was not ready yet. Our room was cleaned at 9am and we were given the keys. Appreciate their hassle to getting us settled in and understanding that travelers are tired after all night on the bus. The quadruple room is the biggest room in the hotel, located on the 3th floor, equipped with one queen bed and two twin beds, nice seating area, balcony and gigantic bathroom. The hotel is made entirely from salt and I loved the design in the lobby and main area. There is a nice restaurant in the top floor with good view of the town of Uyuni.

Located on the edge of town it's less than a 10 minute walk from the bus station. We were looking for something nice and luxurious before our 3 day desert tour and this was perfect. The shower was nice and hot, the bed was comfy, and every room had in room heat, as well as an additional space heater if needed. The only thing that brings them down a notch is their breakfast. After staying in three other HOSTELS in Bolivia they all had better breakfast. For the price point I expect made to order eggs in addition to the side items they provided. Here is just got cold egg options that were prepared and put out like at a Holiday Inn.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They could speak a bit of English, which was very helpful, and they allowed us to store our luggages there for 2 nights while we were on a tour. They were also very responsive over email when I requested for airport pickup, which I appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms were spacious and clean, even the bathroom which had hot water. Location was great and was walking distance from restaurants and shops. Food was also good, breakfast and their restaurant for dinner. The kitchen closes around 9, but even when we arrived from our tour past 9pm, the staff still accommodated us, which was very nice. We would stay here again!
