Our most expensive motel room in three weeks in the USA. The first room had a fairly beat up floor. Not what you expect for $140. The second room was actually worse. The girl on reception was shown this room. It is unclear if she was aware of their condition. The third room nearer the reception area was better. It seems that some rooms are re-modeled but still overpriced for an interstate motel. This may be related to the nearby amusement park so don't anticipate a quiet relax in the playground pool where the dB are high. On the plus side the breakfast was varied and the bed in the remodeled room was ok.

We had a great night stay. Great breakfast, they even had cheese and salsa for the hot freshly made eggs and potatoes. We loved the chocolate waffles with the Texas state that was unique to us. Lupe in the kitchen was so nice and helpful she made our stay special please consider giving her a raise she is a true asset to this company. I hope she loves working with this company as much as we loved staying here at the Best Western Hotel in Anthony NM. Staff was nice and friendly. We did had to waiting for the swimming pool for about 15 minutes despite the fact that it was 9:30am. So we got to swim for about 1 hour before we had to leave. Thank you for the great stay.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have not been disappointed. The facility is always very clean and the staff is friendly. I would recommend to anyone traveling this area.

Pool water extremely cold! Sauna water very dirty and cold as well. Other than that rooms are very clean and staff very friendly and helpful!

This was a Great clean hotel. Room was exceptionally clean. Overall had one issue with the tv not working at check in but Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Quickly resolved the issue. They had a variety of breakfast items. Breakfast was delicious. Fitness center was good for a quick workout.

this place is awesome. all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. you feel safe and secure. the pool was just right for swimming. great food nearby. i do a lot of travling and this place is now first on the list.

Our original stay was June 14 - June 15. We didn't even stay the days listed above. New reservations at Anthony's started appearing in our Best Western app. Also, multiple attempts to my bank for the same amount each time of $99.64. Luckly the bank saw this as possible fraud, and decline payments. This is a very alarming issue, we have done business with Best Western for a while now and have trusted them with our information and financials when making reservations. We recently reached Diamond membership, and we have never experienced any of this with Best Western. We have a case number for this situation. Overall the hotel was beautiful, room was very clean, but I don't think the person in front desk at time of check out was very honest. Very sad this happened!
