Location was good, food was also good.
Staff was cooperative. However the room was having full sound coming from cooling tower !! Unable to sleep for whole night. Do not opt for room 420 418 419...all are noisy rooms..rest all good.

Had a pleasant stay at Regenta. The check-in was smooth, and the staff was courteous. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Housekeeping was efficient, and the facilities, including the pool, gym, and restaurant, were well-maintained. The food was enjoyable, though slightly pricey. Overall, a great experience with minor areas for improvement. Would recommend for a comfortable stay.

When I booked they denied to provide as mentioned in description queen bed, rude behaviour as well, they have provided split single beds, Afternoon all the reception was supportive, early morning person was not greetful. I have paid Early morning check in charges of 80% of hotel rate and he denied breakfast, when I went to actual dining hall for paid breakfast they said system is showing complimentary breakfast. Better to avoid early morning check in.
Facilities are good, food quality is good, rates are affordable, room hygiene could be better.

Lifts are not serviced. Restarant seating not comfortable.. Bell boy services not available. Bathrooms are not very clean.
