The kettle is dirty with some unknown black thing inside. i did notice and drank the boiled water and have food poisoning.

Hotel is ok but some services are not so good like minibar. One room minibar is not working and same room cattle was filled with milk and it was rotten. Then room service was not available. Other then that average

If you want to ruin your trip you may book in this hotel. They will welcome with smelly and dusty room, cupboard full of fungus and insects, you may find some hair in bedsheet. They are courteous enough to not give you any refund if you wake out due the bad experience. Think twice before booking at Hotel Casa. This is located in prime location but you will have horrible experience. Think twice or you will waste your hard earn money.
