It was quite run down the facility, and the maintenance also felt average. The cleanliness gygiene lighting did not live up to The Fern expectation. I had only fruit for breakfast so no comments on the food.

The 2 nights that I had in The Fern was amazing. Yes there were minor issues but those were attended upon letting their staff members. Food was really amazing and service was good. The room was better than I expected. Waiting time to get the room was for me like more than 1 hour so that needs to improve when some guests arrive early. Rest, All Good.

Breakfast and dinner is best but in room shower is not working properly, shower gel bottle pump is not pressing properly, received shaving gel is expired, i told to room service guy as well as to hotel receptionist but no one bother about this. Electric kettle is rusted from inside
