Courtyard by Marriott: A Class Apart
The Courtyard by Marriott is truly a class apart. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with a sense of luxury and sophistication. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
The service at the hotel is exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is also a highlight. It offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Western and local options. I would have liked to see a few more local specialties, but overall I was very satisfied with the spread.
Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott. It's a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

New and clean hotel. However hotel staff needs training on hospitality , to compare, staffs at ITC Welcom Hotel (near by business hotel) are more better at gesture. Especially entrance and reception, it feels like you are entering at train station, as they will not even help with luggage when scanning bags.

went to BGC- the roof top restaurant at Courtyard. Amazing food especially veg tofu. It was delicious. Biswajit and Somdev are very friendly and gave their 100% to make sure we enjoyed our dinner. Amazing view from the top. Calm place to hangout with friends and family

This place is amazing. I tried grilled salmon , malaka laksa, pineapple turmeric. The meals are very delicious. I congratulate all staffs who are chef Ajay, chef Suraj, chef lakhan and fnb staf ms saroj and her team khushboo and somnath. I thanks all staffs. I started to like Indian foods because of this restaurant.

Complained several times for ac not working, but least bothered about the immediate solution. Asked to wait and see. It happens late at night around 10.20pm. such issues should be resolved before check-in by guests. Unprofessional and not up to the mark. Not expected this.

The food here is absolutely delicious! The service was excellent, the staff was very attentive. Staff (Khushboo and Jeet) were amazing. They were very polite and helpful and gave me one of the finest dinner experience. Will definitely come again.

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious lunch each afternoon and loved the convenient location close the gender circle. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
