Very Rude and Unprofessional Service – Regenta Fairlark, Vadodara I had a very disappointing experience with Regenta Fairlark, Vadodara. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. After making the payment, I was clearly told that once payment is received, they do not bother to call the customer to confirm whether they are coming or not. This shows complete lack of responsibility towards guests. Due to some personal issues, I mistakenly booked the wrong dates. When I spoke to Mr. Bhaskar, instead of helping, he was uncooperative and insensitive. Later, I contacted the GM, Mr. Pankaj, who assured me that such issues would not happen again. However, today (18/02/2026), my booking was suddenly cancelled, and I was told it was due to a “technical issue” and that rooms could not be provided. This is highly unprofessional, especially after confirmation and payment. Now, Mr. Pankaj is also not answering my calls. This kind of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking at this hotel, as you may face similar problems. Very disappointed.
