Ibis Styles Goa Vagator

I did not enjoy my stay at Ibis Styles in Vagator. The location is not great, and the taxis outside the building were incredibly expensive. It felt like they were working together to overcharge guests, which was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

It was wonderful, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and pool was nice and clean. Thank you!

II stayed at the Ibis Styles Goa Vagator with a group of 15 people from 13 to 16 November 2025. The rooms were extremely clean and were cleaned very well every day. The pool was also very well maintained and its quality was checked every day. Those were the plus points. We had the feeling that the staff had no leadership and communication among themselves was apparently impossible. I had room 42 at the end of a corridor. When we moved in, we were greeted by a corridor carpet littered with food scraps, including trays with dried-up food. I asked reception to have it cleaned. The next day, a few more bottles and even more dirt had been added. I took a photo and gave it to reception (see attachment). The promise to change this was not kept. On the day of our departure, there was still rubbish in front of our door. The internet rarely worked for almost all participants, or not at all. We had to wait over 90 minutes for our food a few times. Requests to the team were taken kindly, but rarely passed on. The two points go to the clean rooms and the pool.

I stayed for 3 days ***** with colleagues, experience a very cooperative staff of IBIS. Located near to Chapora fort, with calm atmosphere. We enjoyed pool and restaurant. Special mention to Mr. Arjun, Mr. Yash, Ms. Janhavi and Ms. Isha thanks for service.
