W Goa

W hotel is a Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We had a fabulous stay at W Goa, most likely we like the hospitality in receiving us and decorating our room for our anniversary made us special and surprised which was arranged and decorated by ‘Lima Dsouza’ who is Recreation Executive in W Goa, she made our stay more special and memorable…. Thank you W Goa Team for making our visit special, hope we again plan for a visit in coming days….😊

I have reserved a table at rock pool cafe for my sister’s 50th birthday. Very nice place,good food and service. It was surprise for my sister,for that mr pintu helped me a lot,, thank you so much mr pintu.they gave complimentry cake with some sparkles!!!! Thank you so much for such a great service!!

The hotel is located approximately an hour and a half from the Dabolim, in North Goa. Upon entering the hotel, you are taken aback by the awesome quirkiness and colourfulness you’d expect from a W Hotel. The welcoming staff were fantastic, and very friendly. My family and I were offered drinks and wet towels upon arrival whilst we were waiting to formally check-in. The check-in process was efficient, and we were shown to our rooms. We booked two rooms for a family of four as this is what was recommended by the booking site. Upon seeing the rooms, it was evident one room could have easily held a family of four with the addition of an additional small single bed. The room decor was classic W Hotel style, very modern and classy. One of the rooms appeared to not have been used for a while, and smelt damp, which was disappointing. However, upon notifying the staff, they were very quick to offer us an alternative set of rooms, or remove the damp smell somehow. They ***aged to remove the smell, but it was upsetting to have experienced that immediately upon entering the room. Furthermore, the key card was not working on the door, so we attempted to get a new one, which was provided, but it turned out the actual key-card scanner on the door was not charged. Again, this should not have happened on the first day. The gardens and beaches surrounding the hotel were extremely picturesque and mind blowing, with golf carts being able to take you from one place to another. We were advised by the check-in staff to ensure we experienced the sunset from the Rock Pool, which we done on the first day…and it was amazing. The ambient house music at the Rock Pool was perfectly fitting for the environment, and the menu, although limited, offered some wonderful dishes and great cocktails/drinks. There was a walkway down to the public beach, which was awesome. The breakfast buffet was really nice, with ***y options available, and very friendly and helpful staff who assisted with additional matters and not just those associated with food and beverage - for instance, calling a golf cart for you, etc. The back patio of our rooms was overlooking the pool, which was ideal for the kids, and again, some of the most helpful staff was always ready to assist. The Kitchen Table restaurant offered a menu which was full of wonderful snacks and items to eat if you were by the pool. The stay was memorable aside from the issues with one of the rooms.

Our stay was wonderful, the property itself is very nice and calm near to beach, specially the Rock pool is awesome. Service is really quick and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was really great, we found it to be very comfortable and peaceful. Nice and specious bathroom as well.

My self Deepak came first time to dine in W goa. we visited The kitchen Table . Here I got awesome service from Kiran Fathan made our experience extremely valuable. He suggested about breakfast and the asian kitchen spice trader. Wanted to visit there next time.Thank u Kiran ...Great. will visit again.😃

Excellent food. Excellent service by Mr. Melvin and Mr. V***n! V v good experience! Came to celebrate my birthday and to try the Chinese here at spice traders! Impeccable experience! Will definitely come again! And would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Very good environment and good Hospitality and loved the food the rooms are very good and spacious and the overall view from the room is also very impressive and the staff and Hospitality is top notch hope to visit there again soon as I loved the vibe of the hotel
