I was the first family to check in for one week skiing holidays. Staying with small kids, I have asked at the checkin for a quiet room. Lady assured me I am getting it. Instead I got one just above Piano Bar. On the first night there was a disco till midnight, which made it impossible for the kids to go to sleep. When I asked the owner to turn the volume down a bit, he sent me back telling me it is hotel and it is normal… My judgement, with such an approach, I won’t be back. You can decide on your own.

Abbiamo mangiato in terrazza panoramica il 12/04/24 io e mio marito e il nostro bulldog francese con un tempo bellissimo il cibo ben curato e ottima qualità,la visita è impagabile.,il personale molto professionale,lo straconsiglio ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Geweldig hotel, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie gerenoveerde kamer met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Lekker eten en super pizza! Personeel doet alles om je een aangenaam verblijf te bieden. Prijs kwaliteit een topper!

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte con colazione inclusa. Stanza pulita, vista mozzafiato, personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione abbondante e staff super gentile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Alla sera abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'albergo, anche qui staff gentile e simpatico. Cibo ottimo, abbiamo mangiato veramente bene e prezzo giusto. Posizione ottimale, vicina a bormio e alle terme. Siamo rimasti contenti infatti non abbiamo esitato a prenotare un altro weekend sempre in questo albero.

Abbiamo trovato disponibilità e gentilezza da parte della proprietà. Camera deludente, superior piccola con moquette e porta del bagno rattoppata con scotch. Cassaforte con chiave previo deposito cauzionale virtuale.Bello il "pianobar" ma con attese lunghissime prima di essere serviti. Cenone di Capodanno spiace dirlo ma pessimo, battuta cruda, risotto improponibile, controfiletto e salmone microscopici. Buona volontà ma scarso risultato.Colazione scarsa. Parcheggio esterno con zona disco oppure interrato dal quale risalire è già difficile in condizioni normali, peggio con la neve.Gentili e bravi i camerieri. Rapporto qualità-prezzo così così .

La gestione familiare di questo hotel lo rendono accogliente e dall'atmosfera calorosa. Tutto è mirato a far sentire il cliente come a casa: il ristorante con un giovane chef e un personale di sala, attenti, professionali e gentili, (il cenone di Capodanno semplicemente è stato super!); la colazione con prodotti dolci e salati di qualità, come torta di mele, plumcake, pane fresco... tutti fatti in casa, (e non mancano anche prodotti con ricette non proprio italiane ma fatte in case come pancake e krapfen); la vista panoramica sulle vette del territorio compreso tra Bormio e Livigno in alta Valtellina; l'area benessere; la posizione ideale per chi ama spostarsi e fare diverse attività oltre sciare (nei vicini impianti di risalita per Cima Piazzi), come passeggiare a piedi (ci sono diversi sentieri da fare) ,con i cani husky. Gradito il cambio stanza perchè la prima sistemazione non ci soddisfava, al primo piano con vista sulle montagne e la frazione di San Carlo, bellissima! Torneremo sicuramente!

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati dal 29 dicembre al 2 gennaio Hotel molto accogliente e vista sulle montagne bellissima 😍 Luigi e Chiara MOLTO disponibili a qualsiasi orario per qualsiasi problematica (la nostra macchina ogni mattina ci lasciava a piedi 😂) e loro ci hanno portato dove volevamo e tornati a prendere quando ci pareva Cene sempre ottime, personale cordiale e gentile Torneremo sicuramente

Trovato per caso, questo hotel è davvero confortevole, pulito con una cucina ottima e una bella scelta di vini. Terrazza strepitosa vista montagne che con il sole è una meraviglia! Il personale è attento E molto disponibile. Bravi!
