WiFi was nonexistent. I called the front desk and she said she would reboot it, but the full house probably was the reason. That sure didn’t help me with th8ngs I needed to get done, Never got WiFi while I was there. The roll of toilet paper in the bathroom was about a 1/3 of a roll. The room and bathroom were clean. The mattress was okay.

After getting rid of the bugs, we had an enjoyable stay. The young lady who checked us in and helped in relocating us was very accommodating and polite. She is definitely an asset to your organization. We have been staying at various Country Inn for several years now and will continue to do so.

We had an enjoyable stay here. Traveling through the area and need a quiet place, this is close to highway but far enough not to hear traffic.

Nice big 2 rooms, bedroom (w TV) separated from seating and couch/bed (&TV) area by drywall and door. Bathroom with tub and normal door kept it quiet . Room was on 2nd floor and far end of building very quiet but poor WiFi signal because of distance. Bathroom was clean as were other rooms and floor. Toilet worked properly but could be put on list to replace in near future,(worn past cleaning).

The evening check-in lady was very polite and professional. The breakfast dining crew also did a wonderful job. We brought a group of teenagers there for a youth conference, and having the pool and gym was nice for them.
Cleanliness was the issue for me. We had 4 rooms, and some of them had stains on the blankets, rust on the ceiling area, and hair in the shower. Also, as soon as we checked in, someone sat down on a stool in front of the mirror and got up with a wet spot on the back of her pants. The carpet in the hallways was also visibly dirty. I realize this is a pet friendly hotel, however, there should also be additional maintence to keep up with the hair shed, etc.

We came in late after a long drive the AC unit didn't have a cover on it and wires were hanging out. Didn't get very cold in the unit, toilet was loose, plumbing issues while we were there only 5 hours to just sleep. Plus they charged 2 cards of mine and I have to try to get a refund now :(

Kudos from my wife for having good lighting over the big mirror in the room, amenities and decorating in the room are very nice and look almost new.
HOWEVER the internet is not good in the room (515) -I had to go to the lobby to initially sign on to the unsecured wi-fi and then returning to the room the internet was gone again. This needs a lot of attention so far as I’m concerned.
