The room is relatively clean. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the old town. It is not far from China Town. It has basic facilities and the service is okay. The air conditioning is good.

The room we stayed in has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room plus a kitchen, a washing machine on the balcony, and 4 people. The kitchen has a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, etc. You need to bring your own mineral water. If you live for more than three days, you also need to buy washing powder, toilet paper, etc., and you have to do your own hygiene. The soundproofing is not good. The children in the next room can hear clearly if they make a noise. There is no ventilating fan in the main bathroom, so it is often wet. The location is very good, very close to the two railway stations, only ten minutes walk to the city center, and the subway station is not far away.

We were surprised how lovely this flat was. Really spacious, lots of storage, kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. Towels very fluffy. Beds comfy (although only one pillow each). Will definitely stay there again next time we’re in Valencia.

Perfect location for exploring Valencia - 20 mins walk from old town, 10 from bars and restaurants. Well equipped, clean and spacious with comfy beds. Wifi didn’t stretch to bedrooms but great in lounge. Felt very secure. Some noise from neighbours but not enough to bother us. Supermarket and fruit shop snd bakery nearby along with cafe etc. Very close to metro and bus stops too - 20 euros in cab from airport. We booked with *********** and flawless throughout as we’ve come to expect

Wij hebben penthouse gehuurd. Prima afmetingen en inrichting. Keukenapparatuur aanwezig. Om zelf te koken vinden wij uitrusting qua messen, pannen etc veel te karig. Appartement zou naar onze mening beter moeten worden uitgerust. Badkamers prima al was een badkamer het wasmeubel zeker aan vervanging toe (houtrot). Waterdruk was meerdere malen te laag in onze week waardoor geiser niet aansloeg. Onderhoud mag tandje hoger. Ontvangst receptie was goed en erg vriendelijk. Conclusie: wat punten ter verbetering maar prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken van Valencia met fiets op lopend (15 min tot midden centrum)
