Not worth the €100 a night I paid for the room. The first one they gave me was cramped and dark, and the mattress was extremely poor quality and very uncomfortable. Also I was woken by a baby crying in another apartment every morning and the sofa bed had stains on the arms. Also I don’t know how you are supposed to navigate the kitchen if you have the sofa bed out as it would block the way to the exit and bathroom from the bedroom. I respectfully complained about the issues and the lovely property manager Desiree said I could move to another room, but I had to wait 24 hours for it to be vacant. The new room was much better although noisy as it was on the ground floor right by the street, and the mattress on the new bed was still poor. All in all I would not stay here sgain.

Zero service experience! Avoid this hotel! It's a total rip-off! The doors were locked upon arrival, no one answered the doorbell, and repeated calls to the front desk went unanswered. Even though check-in wasn't until 3 PM, they could at least have let us store our luggage. My whole family was stuck outside in the wind for an hour with bags and bags, unable to even get in. There was absolutely no staff to assist us; the experience was utterly terrible. Our refund request was immediately refused, completely disregarding our rights – blatant rip-off behavior! I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone! [Experienced service! Avoid the rip-off!] Es solo un hotel de ladrones! Toda la. Familia and siquiera pudo entrar por la puerta después de soplar afuera durante una hora con bolsas grandes y pequeñas. Appartment was in a good position. Optimum price and very cozy. Complete with washing machine, good heating system and washdisher.

I was in Valencia for work and travelled alone. I stayer in the studio with terrace which was just perfect for my experience. Small but effective. The check in and check out were great, I download ed the app so never needed a key nor the pass code, I just put the phone near the door and it opened automtically. The apartment is in front of a big supermarket, Consum and just 8 minutes walk to the center and 3 minutes walk to the bus stop. The only downside is that the walls are made with plasterboard so not very thick and you can hear every from the room.

The apartment is apacigua and the location is very good. Nonetheless, the communication with the administration is scarce and there is no instructions. Also, the apartment lacks some basic things, like paper towels or napkins, enough toilet paper, etc. The apartment didn’t feel clean.

They need to put more storage in the bedrooms and a long mirror would be nice - the balcony is on such a slope it’s not really safe to stand on and the balcony door opens inward so you have to step down to open it
