The host was nice that we checked in very late at 12am in the midnight, but they were still able to greet us and help us to move the luggage.

Stanze molto belle, grandi e curate nei dettagli. Letto comodo e buona pulizia. In pieno centro storico, una chicca! Insonorizzazione verso l'esterno ottima, meno verso l'interno del giro scala. Parcheggio presente in zona ma variabile in base alle giornate, dall'orario e agli eventi; non sempre troppo vicino nonostante il titolare fornisca il pass per il centro storico, ma nel contesto ci sta! Sulla colazione qualche perplessità... Sarebbe importante avvisare il cliente prima (o almeno scriverlo sul sito/booking) che la colazione al bar prevede un succo, una brioche e una bevanda calda e basta. Nel complesso comunque per noi un buon punto d'appoggio.

Siamo stati qui una notte di passaggio e l'appartamento che ci hanno dato era molto carino e ben pulito,tutto curato nei minimi particolari!leggevo recensioni negative sulla colazione,ma il ragazzo del bar è stato molto gentile ottimi i cornetti!!!l'unica pecca che posso trovare è alle tende che non oscurano completamente!la delusione è stata solo per il paese di Turi che di turistico non ha nulla.

Con una coppia di amici siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura. Camere curate e pulite, ma arriva il tasto dolente....la colazione! Uno dei servizi più importanti dell'hôtellerie è la colazione, l'ospite si aspetta di trovare un vasto buffet di pietanze dolci e salate. Ebbene alla Dimora Rossi non è proprio così. Vieni dirottato in un bar dove puoi ordinare solo un cornetto (perché non c'è tanta scelta) e una bevanda calda e se decidi di mangiare qualcosa in più devi pagare la differenza, come è successo a noi. Da sottolineare, inoltre, che il primo giorno per un guasto tecnico al bar, la nostra coppia di amici non è riuscita neanche a fare colazione. Un albergatore che tiene ai suoi ospiti si sarebbe adoperato comprando delle pietanze da un'altra parte, ma purtroppo ciò non è accaduto. Io penso che non sei in grado di offrire un servizio faresti bene a non proporlo, invece di dare la colpa al Covid. Caro Sig. Rossi, le consiglio di confrontarsi con i suoi colleghi albergatori che, nonostante le restrizioni Covid, riescono ad offrire ai propri clienti un'adeguata colazione, magari ne uscirà qualcosa di buono!!
