Hotel is in a great situation, and clean, apart from that, where shall we begin? It is SO noisy, walls paper thin, we could hear next room conversations (and worse) bathroom visits, and people walking, talking, shouting, IN the hotel. Hardly slept. Beds and pillows rock hard, no hair dryer (advertises) and poor excuse for toiletries. Advertises bath tub but pointless if neither tub nor basin has a plug. Floor was not parquet, some faux wood laminate beginning to crack. WiFi sketchy or non existent. Breakfast very unexceptional, the blond lady who serves was nice, and the housekeeper. Our advice, if you have to stay here take earplugs and sleeping pills. We tried to book elsewhere after first night but the first three hotels we tried were fully booked, so we gave up. We don’t care about decor but passing it off as traditional etc. it’s plain awful!

Car parking is not on site as advertised. It is in a public carpark 2 blocks away, but €2 pn discount is given with Hotel stamp on ticket. Can drive near to front door for drop off/pick up of bags.
Bland rooms contrast with the ambiance of common areas.
Well located in central town for walking to tourist sites.

El Hotel Roma en Valladolid nos acaba de comunicar que la reserva realizada hace apenas una semanas ha sido cancelada unilateralmente por su parte, razón: obras en las instalaciones. Esta información ni se comunica en su página web (https://www.hotelromavalladolid.com/) ni en el momento de la reserva. La falta de previsión junto a la falta de consideración a sus clientes se junta con la pésima atención teléfonica. Nada recomendable.

Hotel en zone piétonne donc meme si parking possible à l'hôtel, il est dans une autre rue donc acces à l'hôtel en voiture peu pratique.
Arrivée à partir de 14h et non midi comme indiqué dans la réservation donc on a du revenir avec le problème de la voiture en zone piétonne.
Le personnel ne parle pas français, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site et un peu anglais.
En conclusion, hôtel très bien situé pour visiter le centre ville, mais pas pratique pour une etape en voiture.

Excelente ubicación. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones grandes, colchones muy cómodos y limpieza impecable. La pega es que las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas, lo que se nota sobre todo en las ventanas y en las bañeras de los baños. Aún así ya he estado 2 veces y por ubicación- amabilidad-precio repetiría.

Céntrico. Estupendo para conocer la ciudad, está justo detrás de la Plaza Mayor. Un punto menos positivo...la habitación no estaba hasta las 14:00 horas...El parking, cerrado, está en el edificio de al lado, son 13 euros, pero te olvidas de estar con la zona azul.
