酒店小巧精緻,地點很好,鬧中取靜,房間佈置很有當地特色。早餐品種豐富可口,酒店旁邊有家土耳其餐廳,餐品味道很不錯。

The hotel is run down. Shabby with leaky windows and cracked and worn floor tiles. The refrigerator in the bedroom, ( with no complementary water inside), was attached to a dangerously long extension lead. No bedside table. Damaged steps up to the entrance. Bedroom door locks hazardously difficult to use in an emergency. The insistence of the proprietor that prior on line payment is mandatory is not correct but understandable since on arrival, most guests would cancel on the spot. The saving grace for this hotel is the delightful Mara at reception, who was extremely helpful and also served a good breakfast. TripAdvisor's good ratings are based on old reviews. Be sure to read the most recent ones.

We stayed for just one night and had a large three-bed room. It is a very odd place! It is right in the centre of Valldemossa and thus in a very old building. The room was very old and worn but it had charm and character. When you walk in through the door of the room you immediately enter the bathroom area which is not closed off. So you literally walk into the bathroom, which is certainly not the way of a standard hotel room … The toilet was of course in a separate room. There was a French balcony with great views of the surrounding hills. The shower was huge and very good. Breakfast was served at the small tables in the reception area. A pleasant experience but far from any normal standard. I find it difficult to justify 4 stars but it's hard to rate it because it doesn't really fit into any normal standard. But that's what makes it an interesting experience!

Caspapa was a quiet and lovely place to stay. There is no nearby parking for the hotel so you have to park down the street and walk through the village to get to the hotel. Once you get there the location is wonderful in the middle of lots of shops. The staff was engaging and a pleasure to visit with. The room was clean with a spectacular view of the village.

Amazing panoramic view. Convenient location with many restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Multiple fans and the breeze from the window kept our room cool for a comfortable sleep at night.

⚠️ WARNING: Avoid the 3rd Floor in Summer – Dangerous Conditions ⚠️ We stayed in Room 1 (triple room) on the 3rd floor in early July with our 8-year-old child. The room was an unbearable 95°F (35°C) throughout the night. It was not just uncomfortable - it was dangerously hot and completely unfit for guests, let alone families with young children who are at risk of heat exhaustion or heat stroke. The tiny 3x3 window in the room let in no air at all. The hotel’s website shows rooms with large windows and balcony doors - but that is absolutely not what we were given. The bathroom was like a sauna, and we couldn’t even stand in it without sweating profusely. We lay on top of the beds, fans blowing directly on us, sweating through the sheets, unable to sleep. We messaged the hotel via WhatsApp as we were getting ready for bed (the number they gave us), and after 45 minutes with no response, we called. We were told there were no other rooms and that we’d just have to deal with the fans. That was it. It was so bad we considered sleeping in our car, but since that’s illegal, we suffered through the night until 6 AM and left for our next destination. We contacted the hotel several times afterward to request a refund, as the room was simply unlivable. We were repeatedly told they were “checking with the manager,” and then given an email address. Of course, the manager never replied. When we asked for a phone number, we were told: “We can’t provide that.” So if anything goes wrong during your stay, don’t expect any accountability or support. You’re on your own. If you are planning to stay here during the summer, CALL or WhatsApp the hotel in advance (+34 930 47 46 56) and insist you are not placed on the third floor. The conditions there are unsafe and they clearly know it, yet they still put guests there.

Stayed here with my husband for 4 nights in order to explore Valdemossa and surrounds. We are very happy with our hotel choice. Having read reviews we were worried about lack of air-conditioning with it being July however this wasn't an issue as room was very airy and the fans in the room were adequate. Even during busy season we had a peaceful sleep. Now for the best bits... The view! OMG, what a lovely welcome after travelling, the hotel has an authentic bohemian Mallorcan style, location is perfect with lots of lovely restaurants and bars to choose from, also easy to use the bus to visit Deia, Palma and Soller without a car. We would recommend car hire only if you plan on visiting more beaches as they are remote. Be warned of windy narrow roads re travel sickness. Huge thankyou to the staff for providing a clean room daily, lovely fresh breakfast and for your help with taxi transfers etc. As an additional touch there is now a gelato shop adjacent which is also owned by the friendly hotel owner and highly recommended. One piece of feedback would be to maybe provide a mirror in the room - only one small one in the bathroom. We would stay again and definitely recommend as a base to visit Mallorca. Rhian and Craig

I want to share my deeply distressing experience at Cas Papà Hotel in Valldemossa on 26th April 2025 to warn all potential guests. This hotel has no accessibility provisions whatsoever — only very old, broken stone steps leading to the entrance and back down, and no elevator inside. This makes access impossible or extremely hazardous for anyone with mobility issues, those carrying luggage, or even regular guests. In this day and age, such a lack of basic accessibility is unacceptable and likely illegal. The route to the hotel involves difficult, cobbled streets that taxi companies refused to traverse unless going to the airport or far destinations. Neither the lack of accessibility nor the absence of an elevator was disclosed to me when booking. This left me struggling to carry my luggage while unwell. A family passing by, seeing my predicament and my condition, kindly helped me to get my luggage up the old and broken steps, which you can see in the photo attached. Upon arrival, there was no physical reception staff present in the evening — a fact that was not disclosed during booking. I was let in by another guest, but when I tried contacting virtual reception via the desk button, the staff member on the line was alarmingly devoid of empathy. Despite my explaining that I was sick, coughing, and exhausted (which the man could see and hear via the intercom and cameras), he refused to provide my room number or access instructions, instead repeatedly insisting on payment via WhatsApp—a completely unprofessional demand—while ignoring my condition. This despite the fact that I made the booking online on the hotel website and had provided all payment details and had received a booking confirmation by email. I repeatedly asked if he could please just tell me what my room number was so that I could at least put my luggage in the room and lie down as I was so unwell, but the man refused each time and said I had to make payment via whatsapp first. I told him that whatsapp did not work on my phone as it is a very old phone and has little storage space and whatsapp was not opening on it, which was the case. However, it was only when I asked him to cancel the booking and told him that I wanted to leave, that he finally relented and told me my room number, but then incorrectly stated it was on a different floor, causing me further extreme stress as there was no elevator and as I had explained to him, I had heavy luggage with me. He told me that the key was in an envelope on the desk that I had been standing at all along to speak to him via the virtual reception button and he had refused to tell me that the key was there until this point. The old and large room key was very difficult to use, requiring a very awkward, non-standard angle to unlock and lock the very old wooden door - for both entering and exiting. This is a serious safety hazard; in an emergency or with limited light, escaping the locked room quickly would be nearly impossible. Additionally,
