We had a Memorable stay for two nights here. This is a historical building, which has been gradually restored over the last decade or so by the present owners. Clean room with comfortable bed & nice en-suite bathroom with modern shower and shower door that operates perfectly, unlike in many modern hotels! We had great service from Eric, who pointed out to us that there was a specific lounge for guests with TV & fridge freely available for all guests and free tea/coffee in the downstairs main Lounge. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the Stableyard, orchards & avenue are outstanding. We would Highly Recommend the Manoir for a stay and we will 100% stay here again when we are in the area!

My wife and I recently stayed at Manoir de Savigny. We really loved it. Eric and his wife were very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. The location is a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Normandy region, with Valogne only 3 mins away. The Manor itself is a wonderful historic building set in beautiful gardens in the countryside. If travelling through Cherbourg it is the perfect place to rest up before or after your journey The breakfast is a delight.

This is a beautiful property and our host was great. It is set in beautiful gardens which I wish we’d had more time to enjoy. My main criteria when choosing somewhere to stay is easy parking and a walk in shower.
Only issue was that I’d requested a room with a shower as I find a bathtub difficult. There was one on the website in the house but it must have been allocated, so we were given the delightful gite in the garden. Unfortunately the upstairs bathroom has a wonderful shower, but the only toilet is down some steep winding stairs. I wish I’d known this when booking.

Amazing
A lovely country house, in exceptional condition. So quiet and calm. There are beautiful gardens that allow your thoughts to drift. The bed was very comfortable so I had a good nights sleep. I would recommend this hotel to my friends if they are in the area. Thank you Eric

Wonderfully renovated and spacious old mansion. All amenities, great food, hospitable host, easy parking. I chose it because it is just to the west of all D-day beaches, so this way we were able to visit them all from west to east. I only wish there was not so much pressure on getting to this mansion by 7:00PM, but we called in advance and were able to check in by 8:00PM.
