Good hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Decent location. Would be better if water was provided in the rooms. Breakfast was good enough. Would recommend.

Horrible el servicio frente a contingencia, no pudimos realizar check in el dia viernes 02, porque estaban sin luz ni agua ni comida, no nos dieron respuesta ni solución para poder hospedar (siendo que andábamos con 2 niñas chicas), nos tuvimos que devolver a nuestra ciudad de madrugada sin poder hacer uso de lo que habíamos reservado.

Not a pleasant experience. I requested a box of tissue paper and the don't have any. Instead they offered me hand towels. Most of the staffs do not speak English. I ordered some food from the restaurant and when I paid my bill the waiter asked for a tip, "do you want to give a tip". Management at this hotel need to improve their hospitality & etiquette procedures.

Spent 3 nights with my son and it was such a great experience. Staff were lovely and went out of their way to speak English to my son who has limited Spanish. Close to many restaurants, comfortable and clean rooms, amazing pool and great gym facilities. Can’t wait to return on my next trip to Viña Del Mar, Chile
