I have spent my holidays in Hotel rural a velha fabrica in Valverde del Fresno for 15 nightts from 28/04/2023 - 13/05/2023 with halfboard service. Everything in the hotel i have enjoyed. The food and the staff was excellent especially Miss Ester who speaks english very well was very helpful, so that i have already made my decision to return to this hotel and have already made a new booking for next year 2024. We booked a suite and the room description included garden furniture, outdoor eating area, dining table. None of this was actually included it was just the room. The hotel blamed *********** but it is the hotel who are responsible for their advertised content. They did nothing to rectify the situation, offered no compensation. The only place could sit outside was in a public area where there was a large children’s party in full swing. Our stay was pretty much ruined by all this. We were extremely disappointed with the management’s lack of interest in addressing their failures.

Ubicado en plena Sierra de Gata, este lugar tiene algo especial: encanto, tranquilidad, historia… y un entorno natural que te deja sin palabras. 🌿🏞️ Y si el sitio ya es espectacular, la atención lo hace aún mejor. Carlos lo gestiona con una dedicación increíble, cuidando cada detalle y haciéndote sentir como en casa desde el primer minuto. 👏🏼 Si estás buscando una escapada con alma, con personalidad y en un entorno privilegiado… A Velha Fábrica es tu sitio.

Creo que es el mejor hotel rural donde nos hemos hospedado jamás. Los empleados eficientes y amables siempre. Las instalaciones geniales. Las habitaciones, al menos la nuestra, cuidadas y bien equipadas. Nos ha encantado y se nos ha hecho muy corto.

¡Espectacular! Es un sitio con mucho encanto, llevado con dedicación, sientes la magia nada más entrar. No podría recomendar solo un plato, está bueno todo, pero los puerros y el bacalao....ñam!! Para repetir y repetir... Buen aparcamiento y habitaciones amplias, no se puede pedir más

Precioso establecimiento en una antigua fábrica de piedra y madera. Muy tranquilo, magnífica restauración y cosas bonitas cerca como San Martín, castillo de Trevejo, rutas. También está muy cerca de Portugal, con distintos sitios que visitar.

El alojamiento está bastante bien, pero la cena regular, el primer plato de esta era muy bueno a diferencia del segundo. El desayuno sinceramente muy mal, la tostada de risa, la mejor opción sería un bufet, porque de esta manera se podría elegir al gusto del consumidor.

Precioso Hotel, con mucho encanto, las instalaciones muy cuidadas ,nos atendieron fenomenal y la cena fue espectacular. Volveremos!!!. Por cierto la habitación muy cómoda y la cama espectacular, desayuno muy abundante y rico. Un lugar genial para desconectar y descansar .
