Beautiful view and nice staff
We arrive far earlier than the expected check in time but the staff still being helpful to get us a room with good views, and the room is tidy.
Staff who clean the room(on the 4th floor) every morning is nice and welcoming too, wish her a good one

Hotel is close to restaurants and coal harbor. Very dated inside. Parking lot is directly beneath the hotel. You can also do street parking. Be careful to buy ticket till 10pm. A parking enforcement officer actually came by at 9:30pm. After 10pm it is free till 9am

The best thing is the view from the window, very convenient for a night before a cruise, 10 minutes walk to the cruise terminal, the metro is also nearby within walking distance. The service is very good, the breakfast is delicious. The downside is the area, a lot of homeless and crazy people, drug *******. The smell of ********* is almost everywhere. For transit, a great option.

It was a great stay and the location was accessible to some sites like the Canada Place and pretty safe area. My kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

A reasonable hotel that is starting to show its age. A couple of minor issues take the polish off. The doorman seems happy to watch people struggle with luggage. And after a long day, an empty fridge is not very welcoming. There was 1 lonely bottle of water next to the coffee machine. The hotel is being renovated and it is unacceptable to be woken at 715am by workmen in the room above. This wasn’t mentioned when I booked. I would probably try another hotel next time I am in Vancouver.

Good location near seawall and convention center. Hotel older but welll maintained. We paid 750 CDN per night incl parking but later discovered this is above average for rooms at similar properties.

We have booked triple sharing. It comes with two doubles. We need to asked for them to set up an extra bed but were told our room configuration doesn’t allow a 3rd rollaway bed. Why do we need to ask and isn’t triple sharing (3 adults) clear enough. We arrived 10-12 July and we had two adults squeezing in one double bed. We had booked and checked in again on the 19-21 July and was again given two doubles with no rollaways bed for the 3rd adults. Pretty disappointing for the amount we had paid for triple sharing.
