While the room is a bit dated, the room is spacious and fitted with all basic and necessary electrical appliances. The location of the hotel is good and convenient (with supermarkets and convenience stores nearby).

Service was good, room was clean and well equipped, although short on coffee pods. The decor was dated as were all appliances and fixtures. Chairs and coach were all low (not good for a bad back), the toilet was also old and low. Best feature was close proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Worst "feature" was being told the room had a king bed, but no, just a queen. The isn't the only hotel that misrepresents their beds, what an annoying trend. The onsite restaurant pub is very average. Fries were greasy but my Buffalo Chicken Wrap and my wife's Bacon & Tomato Soup were ok. Service in the restaurant was excellent, very helpful waitress.

I don’t recommend this hotel. It is overpriced and the service is adequate but for the price i expect better. The room was considered to be deluxe but the finishing were old looking. The seating area was okay with new furnings. The beds were comfortable but the mattresses were old. I had a big problem with the bathroom design. It was hard to reach the bathtub fixtures because the sink protruded too much into the space. The sink was mounted in a home made plywood structure being held up by two legs. The plywood was exposed on one side. The toilet was jammed next to the sink and your knees were close to a wall. I had to sit almost sideways on the toilet to get in and out of the space. In my opinion accommodation is overpriced. I didn’t check out the sauna or pool area so I can’t comment on these. It is close enough to the sky train to walk to it and there are many choices for dining around the hotel area. I will never book here again.

The room size is bigger than expected.

The staff were really kind and they upgraded my room so I had a great time in a nice room that almost felt like home.

The counter staff is friendly, the interior is clean and well-equipped. Great stay.

I invited friends to stay for 8 consecutive days and specially booked a hotel in downtown. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The rooms have "kitchenettes" where you can make simple meals. The hotel is conveniently located. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the Skytrain station, 5 minutes to walk to the beach, and take the ferry directly to Granville Island. March is the most beautiful cherry blossom season in Vancouver...

The cleaning staff are very diligent and will take the initiative to ask if there is anything missing in the room and then replenish it in time. As a suite hotel with a kitchen, the sofa in the living room is very comfortable for sitting and lying down even if it is not unfolded😌

The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and coffee shops. There are 7-11 convenience stores, McDonald's, and pearl milk tea shops downstairs. The location of the hotel is near the mainstreet, the main bus line, and it is easy to walk to the skytrain station.

We only stayed for one night. It had two bedrooms, one living room and one bathroom. The space was very comfortable and fully equipped like a home, with microwaves, coffee machines, instant pots, stoves, refrigerators, desks, etc. There is a TV in each room and the living room. There are makeup mirrors and bedside tables in the bedrooms, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The scenery outside the windows is very good. The bed was very soft. I originally thought it would be too soft to sleep on, but I ended up having a good sleep until dawn. It was very comfortable. The location is great and very convenient for shopping. There are many stores downstairs where you can buy food. There are McDonald's, Japanese ramen, and Zhenzhudan across the street~ The Chinese restaurant next door to Zhen Zhu Dan also has great food. The boss is very polite and will chat with you and recommend delicious meals to you.
