Amazing! From the minute I exited my Uber upon arrival to the minute I left I felt the royal treatment. Everyone was super friendly and I could not fault anything. The L’Occitane amenities (may favourite) made me smile!

The amenities, staff were friendly and amazing however one of the downfall of this hotel is the noise cancellation between rooms. You can hear noises from next door very easily

Overall great experience. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms have history and the lobby has a high class ambiance. The valet guys went above and beyond several times. The rooms, while cozy and comfortable, are a bit dated. Not to say things feel old and decrepit, rather you can tell the room hasn’t been updated in some time. Breakfast room service was excellent. Location is central and easy to get to from local hotspots. In-room toiletries were high quality. Bed very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The service was very good. They came to deliver milk in the evening and helped with cleaning. The front desk was also very enthusiastic to help with dinner reservations.

In the city center, traveling is very convenient. The facilities are a bit old and there is no breakfast. But there are many delicious restaurants nearby which can make up for the shortcomings. It’s easy to find customers
