If you are looking for luxury this isn’t your place. If you want a clean room, great customer service and location, then this is the place.

They were able to check us in early when we got there, and kept our bags secured up front when we were checking out as we had late afternoon flights but morning checkout. Very friendly front desk staff throughout the whole stay! Also in a very prime location downtown!

The location is very good as it is in the city centre, 4-5 minutes by walk to the Burrard station and Waterfront station.
Although the hotel is old(there are only one lift), it is clean.
There are not so many choices for breakfast menu, but it is fine.

It was good and nat that bad bur air conditioner sounds waa quite bigggggg. Location is awesome

It's good. It's right in the city center. It's very close to the hotel. The surrounding environment is very good. Many shops and shopping malls are nearby. But the room is a bit small. It's okay for one person. The breakfast is quite monotonous. Overall, it's okay.

The room is too small, but for the price this place can't expect too much. Overall it's comfortable and quiet. The parking fee is about 26 Canadian dollars, but it is not easy to find a parking lot.

The location of hotel was good. Great Staff. Rooms have no ventilation system. Smells moldy and it is nit safe for people with allergy.

Very noisy at night
Smelly rooms and lobby
No communication from staff or hotel regarding renovations
No door handle outside the hotel, have to knock for someone to come. Sometimes no one was there. Waited for too long.
