Friendly and fast.

Really bad experience TV didn’t work had to move to a different room noisy hallway unable to sleep until 11:00 PM elevator broken vacuum left in the middle of the stairwell with extension cord running from top to bottom and the top it off I was gonna stay four days but after one day I checked out, they charged me $700. I’m still working with my bank to try and get back what they owe me. I was only supposed to be charged $100.36.

It looks like some upgrades are being made to some rooms and hallways, but the breakfast area is dark and the breakfast was quite limited. We did not have hot water in either our sink or the shower.

The bathroom was horrible. The plug for the hairdryer was broken, there were broken loose tiles, the shower wouldn’t stay hot for even 5 minutes, and there was trash in several spots in the room

not good When we checked in we had to wait at the desk for about 10 minutes before we got helped. We had just hiked and was looking forward to a shower, but there was no hot water in my room. The next day, I took a shower in my kids room which had and earwig in the tub that I had to wash down the drain first, then asked for towels for my kids since there was only two in a room for 4 people. They told me no. A bum came in while we were leaving and although we left our keys in the basket, they entire 20 minutes of walking in and out loading our car, there was no one at the desk, so I hope the keys didn't get taken.
