Kinton hotel

When I booked the room, I was worried the photos might be filtered, but when I arrived, I found it truly didn't disappoint. The hotel's location is excellent; it's especially quiet all around. The moment you step in, you can smell the fresh scent of green plants, and your whole pace immediately slows down. My favorite part was the balcony and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. In the afternoon, I’d grab a book and sit by the window, sipping tea while admiring the distant mountain/sea view. The warm sunlight streaming in was incredibly pleasant. As dusk fell in the evening, the afterglow of the sunset painted the sky orange. Sitting on the balcony, enjoying the evening breeze, I felt all the stress accumulated from work just blow away.

Excellent hotel with a rich breakfast and impeccable service. The rooms are clean. Vang Vieng is a paradise for outdoor activities, and there are motorbike rentals available around the hotel for 100,000 Kip, making it convenient to explore the surroundings.

I wouldn't recommend having breakfast here; there were flies buzzing around, making me wonder if I'd get a stomach ache. However, there's a washing machine available, which is great for cleaning up after swimming, and you can also book a shuttle to the train station.

Helping a friend out here – they said Kinton hotel was the worst place they stayed in their entire Laos trip. It's just a business hotel, and the Ctrip rating is way off. There were cobwebs in the room, it wasn't clean, the shower facilities were broken and leaking, and the pool water was green.

The room overall was great, and the breakfast had a good variety. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. There are also many delicious food options and fun, unique attractions around the hotel. It was a good experience.

The location is decent, and the overall experience was good. The pool water was very clean. We came from Vientiane, and the hotel even picked us up from the high-speed rail station, which was very easy to find. There's a Nam Song River Hotel nearby that can also provide itinerary tips. The main thing is the excellent service, and the Chinese-speaking service was also great.

I stumbled upon this hotel, and it was a great choice for my first trip to Vang Vieng. The hotel's front desk even helped us with recommendations for a travel itinerary and guide. We visited the Blue Lagoon and also enjoyed a longtail boat ride.

The hotel front desk staff were very patient and provided excellent service, speaking Chinese, Lao, and English. The pool was clean, perfect for kids to splash around in. The rooms were spacious and clean. It's really nice to find a hotel like this in Laos. Plus, there's an entertainment street behind it, making dining and activities very convenient. Highly recommended!
