I randomly booked this place online, and the price was an absolute steal. I got a bed in a 35-person female dorm, including breakfast. Honestly, the breakfast alone was worth 20; it was delicious, even the plain eggs were made so well, plus there was fruit and coffee. The dog was super cute too. I was a bit worried because I read online that the front desk only spoke English, and I thought I might have trouble communicating, but there was a handsome guy at the front desk who spoke excellent English. You take off your shoes when you enter, and almost everyone there was foreign – I was the only Chinese person. They also have a pool table, a bar with free drinks at night, and a pool. The atmosphere was great, and it felt very safe.

The location is convenient, and there are many Caucasian backpackers. Breakfast is included in the stay, and there's free draft beer from 8 PM to 9 PM, which offers great value for money. There are two adorable puppies roaming freely within the hotel. The young Laotian staff, however, are unfriendly and rarely smile.

It is nearby shops and pubs. The free breakfast was really amazing. The rooms are cleaned daily and the bed is good. You can also see a lot of hot air ballons in the afternoon.

The hostel is perfectly location on one of the main streets and has good amenities including a pool. The rooms are basic but functional, and they cover all the necessities, it’s the social side that makes this hostel. With happy hours and events that’s where it excels!

The room was really nice and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially loved having a mirror right next to the bed — such a small thing, but super practical. I would definitely book this place again and can highly recommend it.

Location a bit far up. Anyhow vang vang is small. Is walkable. Room is ok. U. Can view hotair ballon at the pool. Air cond is shut off during mid day. Cleanliness ok. Hot shower is great.
