Free wifi, but when they freed it, it ran away
Woke up to a beautiful view this morning and breakfast is above average, but it doesn't make up for the dirty bathroom, no wifi, staff shouting in the hallways all day, and construction mess in the building.
The evening staff is zero help. The male day manager tries. They know their facility is a mess, but they only grin. Their solution for no wifi was to work in the lobby. After 5 days of spending an extra $10-15 to work in cafés with good service, I tried the lobby. They played awful Jesus ballads over the speakers while construction crews demolished walls causing plumes of dust. Maybe it will look better after they complete the renovation, but it won't improve service or cleanliness
I work online, and because not having internet made everything take so much longer, I missed out on any siteseeing except the Dragon's Glow show which was incredible.
When the booking ended, I moved to a cube up the street. Half the price, clean, really fast wifi, same view and breakfast.
