Disappointing. I admit the weather was against us but the buffet food was very poor with exactly the same dried overcooked luke warm food everyday..lunch and dinner..Except for the outstanding gala dinner and show on New Year. The buffet had everything you could wish for which was rather excessive. The female resident singer is excellent. The male singer needs to learn the proper words and reach notes! Painful! Entertainer Elvis is great fun. Rooms very spacious and clean with lovely messages from the cleaner! Reception and bar staff could smile! Dining room staff lovely..Hola Mi Papi y Mami.!! Entertainers should encourage guests to join activities and create a fun ambience. From the Reps comment on the bus it seems Varadero is suffering with lack of food and service.. holiday was way overpriced.

The staff were courteous and went out of their way to make every day special for everyone. The rooms were clean and their were ample chairs at the beach and poolside. This was a very safe, clean and well run facility. I look forward to returning to.

This is our third visit and will definitely not be our last. As a disabled person it is ideal. All areas are accessible by wheelchair and the complex is both compact and disabled friendly. The staff are friendly and go the extra mile to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Had to wait 3 hours to check into room. Food choices limited (e.g. only Orange Fanta and Cola - which had a funky taste - and not well prepared. Over an 11 night stay only permitted 3 restaurant reservations. One bathroom in lobby area and the men’s had ceiling tiles on the floor and both toilets not functioning. Not at all satisfied with the promises made in their advertising! Bring mosquito repellant!!! Very disappointed!!
