Hotel seems to be nice , the food was ok you could always find something so you didn’t end up hungry
Service not great very slow , I was asking twice for the coffee while having a breakfast and I never got one
I was very disappointed as we looked forward for a daily activities like Spanish lesson , bingo etc..and there was not entertainment at all
I have even taken the photos of daily program to know what’s meant to be on and when I asked the animator why there is none of those happening they just looked at me and smiled
Very disappointing
Overall it was a good stay , lovely beach,lovely coffee bar

Good resort, clean and modern. Theres restaurants, bars, small shops, pools and its on the beach. The rooms are modern, clean and big.
A bus is available for free to go to Varadero city on a daily basis, multiple times.
The people are approachable and helpful, very lovely people.
The food is diverse, meat and veggies. Tasty vegetables and fruits.

The hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms are clean and decent, but they are outdated. Enough food, but not very tasty. The bar next to the beach never had glasses, so you had to improvise :). We appreciated the free bus to the center of the City, 4 trips a day. the beach is nice but full of algae

This is the second time I made a reservation for my family as I cannot travel to see them and my own experience here a couple of years back was extraordinary!
The service in this hotel is unheard of! They are just to kind! All of them..just angels!
For those who haven’t visit, this is one to give it a try…I promise you won’t regret it…aaand cannot even start mentioning the cost effectiveness of this one! You have all type of activities available, and Great food….This is what value for money is meant for ❤️❤️❤️❤️ besitos a todos en el staff! Gente increíble!

The overall environment is pretty good. This price includes three meals a day and drinks. Overall, it’s pretty good. I just don’t know what I ate on the last day. It might have been yogurt. I had diarrhea for two or three days...

The room facilities are old and damaged, and there are a lot of flies in the restaurant. It is located next to the beach. Maybe the overall level of hotels in Cuba is not too high, so don't expect too much.

The all-inclusive hotel has high cost performance, beautiful environment, blue sky, clear water and white sandy beach, which makes people linger here. Will stay again. Ctrip's room booking service is very considerate and the price is very affordable.
