Tuxpan hotel has huge green territory with many places to chill and take photos. Beach line is clean and well protected by security guards. Food was good enough, every evening was meat and seafood, vegetables and fruits. Staff are friendly and fix little troubles very fast. Evening dance and singing show by Tropigala ballet was awesome!!! Thank you for hospitality dear Tuxpan team!

Please do not waste your money rather pay extra £50-60 and go to a decent hotel
Receptionist useless , we have arrived at 1pm and check in is at 3pm they would not let us enjoy a pool even though didn’t expect to have a lunch if that was their problem
We had to go out of the hotel to for couple of hours before they could check us in
Horrible service !
I’m travelling a lot but this have never happened to me
Anyway ..
after check in at 3 pm room wasn’t ready until 4pm
So we went to sit by the pool where they told us that they have no soft drinks at all and there isn’t water running
They didn’t have even bottled water for my daughter for drinking , we were fine as the only drink they had was a beer
So imagine no water , you can’t flash the toilet either
Terrible terrible terrible
Please avoid if you can !!!

The facilities are old, but the service staff is very good and the hygiene is OK. There are no ants in the rooms of some other Cuban four-star all-inclusive hotels. But there is a common problem that there are many mosquitoes and flies. I suggest that Chinese people give them some mosquito lamps. Don't ask too much of Cuba, and don't ask too much of food. Others are working hard to live. The beach and sea water are absolutely world-class.

The hygiene really leaves a lot to be desired. You have to put a lot of plates aside until you finally find a reasonably clean plate. They don't have enough beach towels for the guests and the room staff only put half of the towels in our room and then claim we lost them. I have never experienced anything like that. The only positive things to mention are the location and the beach

The food is terrible, the rooms are terrible, the other hotels I stayed in were better than this one even though they had less stars, I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel is very nice, very large, with activities for the whole day.
bars, cafes, food 24 hours a day, all inclusive, great variety of buffet meals, incredible night shows.
The employees were like family to us.
And the best!!! Music!!! With many artists playing live music at any time it was definitely the best!!!!
