First and Last Time at This Hotel – Very Disappointed! I would not recommend this hotel and truly question how it holds a 3-star rating. Accessibility & Safety: When it rained, no one took care of the wet floors, making them extremely slippery and hazardous. The hotel has no ground-floor rooms or elevators, making it completely inaccessible for guests with mobility issues. Rooms: We had to change rooms three times due to poor conditions. While towels were replaced, they smelled unpleasant and looked stained and unclean. The mattress was also stained—truly unacceptable—and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The rooms are clearly outdated, with no signs of renovation. The showerhead was broken, so we had to hold it by hand. Supplies were minimal: no tissue box, no soap near the buffet washroom, and only one small garbage bin (in the bathroom). Food & Drinks: The food options were very limited and disappointing, especially for those with dietary restrictions. We had to request alternative meals daily. The chef once served us shrimp, but it wasn’t enough for three people. Sushi tasted oddly sweet, and bugs were visible near the buffet. We ended up eating out just to have a decent meal. There were no bottled waters available, and the sodas tasted like watered-down sugar. Everything seemed to contain alcohol—even the juices—leaving no child-friendly drink options. Desserts were repetitive with little variety. Entertainment & Facilities: The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay. Music played at the hotel was unpleasant and did not help the overall experience. The only highlight was the beach—beautiful water and soft sand. Unfortunately, this was not enough to make up for the many issues. Overall: Do not waste your money. The stay was extremely disappointing and we will not be returning.
