ガンジス川沿いにあるホテルで、ヘリテージホテルに泊まりたくて宿泊しました。
夜の便だったので、ホテルの場所がわからないといけないので、送迎サービスを頼みました。
予約の時のメールのやり取りからも好感が持てました。
ホテルに着いてからもスタッフのみんながとても親切で、ここに泊まって本当に良かったと思いました。
雨季で、小さなボートには乗れませんでしたが、大きな船があると案内もしてくれて、ガンジス川からも見れてよかったです。

The hotel is on great perfect location, Able to see the morning bathing ritual from the room window or the roof top terrace, with a beautiful sunrise. The staff here is outstanding!! Eager to please and to grant all our wishes, friendly but not overbearing, Breakfast was rich and accommodating to our needs so was the dinner upon arrival, cooked to our request without spices, I highly recommend this quote and perfect simple comfy and homey .

The property was well maintained and right on the Ghat with a private entry to River Ganga. Staff were courteous and helpful. Food was very good and the overall ambience was very pleasing. Faiz was very supportive & customer friendly. Vishal - a travel guide suggested by the hotel took us around the city, waited all through helped us commute without any challenge. He is trustworthy and guest friendly. Thanks team for making this stay memorable for my family

Overall an awesome experience, don't know where to start from :) 1. Location, right in front of Ganga river is sooo serene. 2. Hospitality - pleasantly surprised, it gives any 5 star hotel run for its money be it Taj, Brij ganga etc. everyone was so warm in the demeanor. 3. Value for money. 4. Food - Delicious food with special focus on Banarasi specialities. 5. Live music - old Bollywood classics which we requested were just the right way to unwind your day from the hustle bustle of Banaras. I can go on and on but this place calls for multiple revisits :) I am sure this is going to be my go to place.

Oh what a superb hospitality away from the busy streets right on d ghat for a spectacular view.. personal ganges right at our reach… neat clean delightful food… excellent stafff nd co-operation… extremely co-operative from the start to the farewell… highly recommended for a stay hidden in d ganges ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful Haveli located on the serene banks of Shivaji Ghat of river Ganges Witnessed Serene morning with Ganges view and courtyard shiva Abhishek Friendly staff , great food , evenings filled with live music is refreshing Vishal, guide is very helpful in temple visits, city tour. I am solo female traveler in India and I absolutely loved this place for several reasons. Excelente service, private entry to the Ganges river, yoga class in the morning, great food, very nice rooms and they even helped with my laundry. I felt very safe here and cared for. When I needed something they responded quickly and nicely. Everyone was really nice,I truly appreciated Hassan's assistance when I needed it. I would love to come back to this beautiful and nice hotel.
