Overall, the stay was comfortable and the staff was courteous and well-behaved, which made the experience pleasant.
However, I did find the room size and washroom to be smaller than expected, especially considering the fare paid. The toilet flush also required multiple presses, which was a bit inconvenient.
While the basic amenities were in place and service was good, a few improvements in room size and bathroom fittings would really enhance the value for money.

Property is older than my grand parents ! There is maintainance required ! Food was damn spicy ! Washroom had no toileteries. Once I was leaving all the guards and and room service boys stood up in a line for Tips as early as 4:30 in the morning !

Hotel is good for family and all, specially food was very good and testy just like we are eating at home. We are specially giving 5 star to Aam ka achar because it’s very test .

The hotel location is very good. Room service is poor. Restaurant service is also poor due to the shortage of staff. Staff is not properly trained. Training is required. The hotel does not have a shaving kit, comb, toothpaste with brush.etc.

Just stayed for 1 night enroute kumbh mela. I found the property and room decent. Location is central: close to railway & bus stations, easily reachable from airport in 35-40 mins
area outside the compound is not clean because of the hustle-bustle around stations
good to stay for 1 night if you are in transit
