Unfortunately below issues faced during stay, in-spite of booking premium suite
No beer on tap
Prawn curry was made of rotten coconut
Shower had no water pressure & buckets were provided for shower
Toiletries were of poor standards ( no ear budds)
Charged additional for accommodating child (9years) while checking out. Charges we’re not discussed during check in.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast selection was substantial and varied, but the true highlight of the trip were the staff members who were consistently attentive and kind. Whatever request I had, they would try to find a solution. I would like to mention Praveen (see picture) in particular who often offered suggestions for food to order at the in-hotel restaurant and made us feel incredibly welcome. Our interactions with him were always positive and meeting him was a pleasure. Biren also did a great job of cleaning all rooms on our floor, even taking the time to wish us well when we left. Finally, the staff at the spa must be mentioned. For a very respectable price, the spa offered varied therapies and talented massage therapists. I would recommend the spa service to all guests.

Stay, food, arrangement and behavior of staffs.. all are top class. Will definitely give it a try while visiting south Goa again. Sports room and swimm8ng pool needs a special mention. Also having outdoor sports facilities. The beach is 7 minutes walk only.

This hotel was about 3 stars. We booked here then moved after one day. There was big moths all around the hotel and lizards. The room smelt of mould and damp. The bedding smelt mouldy and we asked to get changed that day. The bathroom was aged and dirty. The bathroom wasn’t even cleaned there was wee stained all over toilet seat. Think twice before booking

We have stayed here for a couple of days with family and the overall experience was excellent.. Located at a calm and quiet place,very near to Varca beach and Madgaon station. Beach is walkable only and we enjoyed there in the morning. We have reached the hotel at 6am, much before the scheduled check in time and the staff provided facilities for fresh up and breakfast. Excellent service received from counter staff and restaurant staff.. Mr. Prabina, Mr. Sudipta, Dhiraj, Swizel , Praveen Bharti . Overall experience was excellent...
