Keep away from this is my earnest Request. This is normal Stay but quoting Premium Rates The facilities offered are very basic compared to the Price they are charging. It will be a shock to see such mediocre service for that price. 1) They dont have basic WIFI service in the Rooms. They will ask you to come to office and connect from there 2) Its the same Menu DAILY for the complementary breakfast and very very limited 3) Regular services are provided only if requested . And nobody bothers to follow up

The only redeeming quality of this property is its excellent location. It is situated perfectly near to the beach and the cliff Our mini-fridge was broken upon arrival. While it was replaced on day two. Housekeeping only in request on the second day. No replenishment of basic amenities—we weren't even given new drinking water bottles for the second day which is the norm even in small hotels. That too needs special request. morning, we woke up to a mess on our balcony. Food waste from other rooms (porotta and some curry) had been dragged across the property by crows or dogs, which was quite revolting to see first thing in the morning. The complimentary breakfast spread is very minimal and definitely not up to the standard of a ₹8,000/night hotel. ​While they offer coffee and omelets made to order, the wait times are excessively long. Wifi is nonexistent for most of the time, its not a matter of connectivity issue as the reception wifi with another user id and password which was given for payment was superfast. ​The Crow Menace: The outdoor dining area desperately needs netting. Crows are constantly swooping down to snatch food from plates on nearby tables, making for a very unhygienic and stressful meal. ​At ₹8,000 per night, this hotel is vastly overpriced. It feels like a budget 3-star property charging luxury prices.

Property is very beautiful. Service was also excellent. But a bit pricy non ac room for 4410 rupees is too much. Apart from that everything was good

The Stay was very pleasant. Clean Room and excellent view of beach with swimming pool. Staff was very cooperative.

The stay was average. The room was small kind of old The pool was dirty. Not clean water.

The stay was good and easy to locate. But we were given a room from the main resort and it was away from the sea. The room service and the food were terrible. We ordered lunch on day one the plates were not cleared till day 3. However, the rooms were nice and well-maintained.
