The reception was not manned - even though it was supposed to be - when I arrived and the front door was locked. I stood on the street for 10 minutes until someone else from the building kindly opened the door. The hotel is old and run down by local standards and far too expensive for the standard it offers. Go to the Best Western near y for better value for money.

Excrement on the outside of the the toilet, dirt on the wall next to the bed. Bed cover was dirty.

Ett enklare hotell i ett mycket bra läge i centrala Västerås. Dock begränsat med P-platser.Bra utbud vad gäller svenska kanaler på TV. Bekväm säng medan frukosten var OK med inte mer än så.

Det var helt ok hotell, med kök för att kunna värma eller göra matsäck! bra frukost och jätte trevlig personal. Lite bättre städning bara så hade allt varit toppen!
