The housekeeper is ASFAR. You can find a housekeeper to solve any problems in going up and down the island and in the whole process, and you can help upgrade the sand house. It's really an unexpected surprise. I like this service very much. I love Arab restaurants, which are heavy and delicious. I can solve three meals a day, and there are evening performances. I can watch and feed fish near the restaurant. It's very interesting.

This has been the most amazing vacation we have ever been experienced. From the moment of stepping off the airplane to the accommodations to the food and service, every second has been pure bliss. We are celebrating my wife who has been battling cancer for 7 years and the staff has gone above and beyond to make every wish come true. Our butler Saleem has been so attentive and even made possible last minute requests. We had a destination dining on the beach with a family beach bbq. Top quality seafood and meat prepared perfectly. We spent half the time in a sunset beach villa and the rest of the time in the ocean villa with slide (both perfect for our kids). The housekeeping staff took care of the rooms with pristine excellence both morning and evening. It amazed us how everything was restocked and they even got all the sand cleaned up! Every restaurant is so unique and a whole experience. It’s impossible to name every staff member because we have grown to love them all. Leroy (head of food and beverage) made sure to check in every day and was a delight. Dina and Berry at Origine were sweethearts. Nancy, Cherry, and the rest of the staff at Vista Del Mar were so fun to talk to and hang out with. They all feel like family. I made sure to compliment the head pastry chef as the desserts were out of this world. We spent most of our time at the main pool and Ozar bar where Lucy and Ami took incredible care of our family. We could dip in the ocean, play in the sand, go in the pool, or just lounge in a private cabana. Sangu beach was also great for lunch and dinner with a beautiful spread where Ayush helped us pick some great food. The island’s landscaping was pristine with beautiful horticulture and the team raked the beaches by hand every morning before sunrise. That team works nonstop. The natural reef is the coolest snorkeling we’ve ever experienced with new fish species every time we put our heads under the water. Donovan from the Best Dives made kayaking and water sports so enjoyable. It’s impossible to name every person and describe the experience in such few words. Paradise truly does exist at Ozen Reserve Bolifushi. We are so very grateful to the entire staff for making it so special and thankful to have so many new friends. Most likely a once-in-a-lifetime trip, but we dream of returning one day. Can’t recommend anything more than this.

Went to Ozen with my wife for the honey moon trip, and I can say this exceeded all of our expectation for a Maldives island hotel. The butler Salman is super responsive and the room is just amazing. Water slide is super fun and minibar has all sorts of champagne and wine. Definitely recommend for a honeymoon trip.
