I visited Bey House Royal Hotel in Veliko Tarnovo with my husband, and we were delighted with our stay! The hotel is unique in style and atmosphere (it completely matches the photos) and even exceeded our expectations with its extremely pleasant and luxurious atmosphere. The staff is extremely professional and attentive. The reception team was smiling, polite, always ready to help and make our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant also left a wonderful impression, as the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. We also took advantage of the hammam and massage, which were a real pleasure, and I recommend the service to any guest who wants to enjoy complete relaxation. We can't wait to come back again!

Amazing hotel in great location. Excellent spacious room and bath with comfortable bed. Well decorated. Excellent food for dinner and breakfast, dine on nice patio in good weather. Very clean . Highly recommended

Amazing place, very cosy and comfortable. The rooms are designed very well and equipped with all amenities needed. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The restaurant is also very cosy and with delicious meals. The ice cream for dessert was one of the best ever.

Charming small hotel celebrating historic Bulgarian royal family. We stayed in Giovanni suite comprising comfortable living area, modern bathroom and large bedroom with a superb bed (wish we knew the brand) There is a beautifully laid out outside area for dining. A street with artisan shops is close walking distance and hotel is convenient for main town. It is rare to find a hotel where all the staff are welcoming and customer oriented with a sense of humour. A minor issue is the scope of breakfast which only allows choice of one item from menu. Parking is potentially an issue however staff are proactive in facilitating this providing paid tickets for street parking and identifying free parking where possible. We felt welcome here and enjoyed our stay

We went to the restaurant at the Hotel and chose to sit outside in courtyard. Our waitress was fantastic and having live background music in the background made the evening. The food was delicious and was delivered as it should, not all delivered at the same time. Definitely be back

Memorable Stay in a Historical Background with all modern facilities ... we have been royally treated by the very helpful and kind staff who make the pride of this highly esteemed establishment to my eyes ... one of my best stay unfortunately too short and will return soon just to enjoy the hotel ...
