Nothing to tell about accommodation and breakfast, was amazing.
The only drawback was that we didn't have hot water in the evening for a shower.

Room is a bit small (18 sqm), and a bit overpriced in my opinion compared to other options, but nevertheless a good experience.

Se podría mejora el baño, ya que la ducha está encima del WC, es algo bastante extraño e incómodo, ya que después de una ducha todo el baño está mojada. Por lo demás es un hotel fantástico en una zona tranquila a unos 10 minutos en coche de la ciudad. Muy buen restaurante

This hotel is cool- the walls are carpetted and each room has it's own subtle/fun animal theme that matches the wall carpet outside the room, inside the room, and on the room key. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel also has a pretty view and a nice staff. It is possible to walk to town from the hotel (about 25 minutes), although the path is interesting. It's also easy and inexpensive to take a cab to town.

Be careful that they cancel your reservation a few weeks before you arrive because they want to triple the initial price of the reservation made on booking.shameful from a hotel with pretensions. it's the first time I've experienced something like this with a reservation

Property did not live up to expectations from other reviews. It was average.
Quite worn in places and very basic facilities in the room. Our balcony had railings missing making it extremely dangerous for our 6 year old daughter outside due to the risk of falling.
The chipboard units were worn and the whole unit was dated and overpriced.
Parking was a nightmare as the parking lot was full so we parked roadside away from the property.
There was a live act singing into the early hours thundering through the corridors making it difficult for our children to sleep.
I would say the property is average at best, overpriced and I will not be returning.
On a positive note the staff were great

There is a concerning individual working as a masseur at this hotel named Miro. He is around 60 years old and is behaving inappropriately during massages. He made inappropriate contact with a client, including actions that crossed professional boundaries. The client reported this to the hotel, and they responded by stating that Miro is a freelancer who has been around for nearly 30 years. They dismissed her concerns without a formal investigation, leaving it as a 'her word against theirs' situation. Please be cautious, especially as this is a recent incident. Miro’s behavior is alarming, and the hotel should address this matter seriously. Ladies, be vigilant!
