Room was clean first and foremost, the first guy on arrival was polite and helpful, even gave us a map of places to visit, never had dinner there but breakfast was lovely, continental breakfast on the day we left was lovely too with everything nice and fresh ,bed was decent too, I read reviews mentioning furniture etc,yes it is cheap but it's a reasonably priced hotel and situated in the park, loads of parking space, checking in and out was straightforward, if you book the suite you have two flights of stairs,no lift, but the stairs are easy to negotiate as they are not steep, my only issues were you only get one sachet of coffee each and no water refill station, very minor though but with a few minor tweaking here and there it has great potential and well worth the stay.
