You can get the most expensive suite… which I did and still this is more of a motel rather than a hotel. They didn’t even have a conditioner in the bathroom (and no where in the hotel when I asked). The furniture is straight up from the 90s and WiFi… well I hope you don’t need to do any zoom calls. I didn’t expect a 5 start hotel, but I also didn’t expect a 90s motel.

We have selected this hotel for 2 nights stay because it is part of Radisson chain. It is positioned as 4* that looks to be an excessive claim. Both standard and business rooms do not have a/c that is not mentioned on Radisson site. We got a room without a/c as all a/c equipped rooms had been already booked. The room had ventilator that was broken. Outside temperature was above 30C and the first night was a nightmare. We found another room in other hotel and wanted to move. Hotel staff found us a room with a/c. Nevertheless, it had a view on the roof full of rubbish, we had a good sleep. We had been travelling with some food items that we stored in fridge. Apparently, fridge in the first room didn't work so we had to dispose some of the expensive food items. Breakfast is nothing to say about and definitely overpriced. There are few places in walking distance from the hotel to have a decent breakfast at half price. We didn’t check out SPA and pool area. The hotel is located far from city center. Because of embankment renovation it takes up to 30 minutes walk to reach there. Since we travel a lot, we have status with couple of international chains including Radisson. We didn’t really feel recognized as loyal customers at this place. There is no point to stay at this place what so ever from our perspective.

This is a purely hotel with "Grandma's renovation". We checked in around 22:00, we were greeted with gloomy faces and, without any explanation, we were given a key card, saying only the dry phrase “4th floor.” Where the lift or stairs we had no idea. The restaurant in the hotel did not work, only the lobby bar. Having found the elevator and after some time the room, we were simply stunned - there really had not been any modern renovations there since the 90s. There is no air conditioning (fan), one and a half sockets (of course there are none near the bed), no safe, no minibar, no iron, there is black mold wiped off with a sponge in the bathroom (it can’t be removed that way). I can't say anything about the spa and the pool, we were not there. The only plus I found was the comfortable bed. Thank you, I got a good night's sleep. Recommendations: update the renovation to modern realities, install air conditioners and make it a little more welcoming.

The hotel is terrible! We stayed for two days in a luxury room. Two evenings in a row there was a wedding in the restaurant, a very loud volley of fireworks after 23.00, and then drunken showdowns and songs under the window. We didn't sleep. A room for 3 people cost 9tr, no air conditioning, it’s hot outside, +31, it’s impossible to stay in the room. Spa and pool are paid 1800 rubles per person. The bathroom in the room is standard with tiles, the furniture is old, generally terrible, not worth a penny. We were not given our money back. We went to a 3 star hotel with all amenities for 6 rubles

В целом место неплохое, вежливый персонал, на нг было украшено вполне мило. На завтрак хороший выбор и вкусно. В номере вода, как комплемент банка томатов и мясо курицы. Номерам не помешал бы ремонт небольшой, косметический. Батареи не регулировались, было немного жарковато.
