Stayed for 8 nights on this trip, business + family trip. The overall experience is very good.
Transportation: Very convenient, close to Santa Monica Pier and Venice Bay.
Facilities: Complete, there is also a hotel-exclusive toilet outside, you can enter from the side door with a door card. The food in the sidebeach resturant is very good, especially the breakfast is very good, there are many choices, the quantity is large, except that it is a little expensive, there is nothing wrong.
Environment: There is a bay next to it, and the scenery is beautiful.
Service: The front desk guy is very good. He took the initiative to upgrade the sea view room to apologize for checking in a little late, which should be worth thirty dollars a night.
Features: Occasionally encountered resident singing at night, very romantic.
The advantage is that the location is right in front of Bannis Beach, so you can feel happy while watching the sea view inside the hostel. Because it's a tourist destination, you can worry about security, but without worrying about security, you can take a card at the gate and go in, and there is a staff right in front of you. The facilities were so neat and there was no smell of hotels peculiar to the United States, and there was also delicateness everywhere, such as the part where you can finely adjust the brightness of the lights. And the windows were soundproof, so when I closed the door, I couldn't hear the sound outside.
The downside is that the soundproofing in the hotel is a bit lacking. You can rent amenities (beach towels, bicycles, etc.), but you have to pay this price for $27. I wish it was stated in Trip.com in advance.

Spacious room with modern furniture and excellent bed. The bungalows have a terrace in the communal area, with little sense of privacy. Inside the room they could put a table or armchairs to make a communal area, apart from the desk. Tiny pool. We didn't have room service in 3 nights that we stayed, they made up for it with breakfast, and they give you clean towels or extra snacks, if you ask for them, but it left us with a taste of poor service and I would have preferred not to have to complain about anything. They have private parking ($32 a day), and right next to the hotel there is a public one ($7 a day), which the Americans use without hesitation; we also used it, and we didn't have any incidents, the area seems safe. In conclusion: it is a very good hotel, but we didn't find the details in the furniture or the services that make it more welcoming.
Kinney still feels like a dressed up concrete block, but has an awesome location close to the heart of Venice. Although it's not one of the spots right on the beach, those hotels are really resting on their laurels and don't operate correctly. Kinney staff are professional and actually do their jobs, you get less ”crazies” and it is extremely clean especially for Venice standards. My only complaint is that the hours of the gym seem arbitrary when it could be open 24/7. Because I only stayed for one night and checked in late, I wasn't able to get a workout in.
An old local four-star hotel, low-key and pragmatic, with not luxurious facilities, but much better hygiene and service than many five-star hotels. If you are staying for one or two nights during a layover, it is the best choice. The location is very good, close to the airport but not in the noisy area of the airport. The yacht club is just downstairs from the hotel, quiet and beautiful, cost-effective. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. I will choose here again next time I transit!
The hotel room is not very big, but the location is good near the Venice seaside trestle. Parking needs to be booked. It doesn't matter if you don't book it. You can stop at the back of the street. The parking space is not easy to find. Did not eat breakfast because of the early flight.
The public terrace on the roof has a great view and the sun is very pleasant. The location is very good. There are very few people on the street at night. Don't go outside alone. Overall, it is safe. Some sea view rooms are already good. More than 2,000 nights are too expensive. Just stay for one night and experience it.

GGuest Useri booked a bed in Female only 4-Bed dorm through trip.com. Received confirmation and even this review title was stated that i had booked a bed in Female only dorm. but when i reached there, i was informed that the booking was for a bed in mix dorm. I didnt know where had gone wrong.
AAnastasiiaNice hotel, delicious vegetarian breakfast, you can take it with you. Parking at the hotel is paid, we parked on the next street. No pool, but you can see the ocean from the window. Some rooms overlook garbage containers, but they have the best view of the ocean)))
ННиколайThe hotel is located right on the beach, very successful location. I didn't have enough bottle of water at my arrival and there were no glasses. The parking is paid.
MMariano LodigianiLocation is close to the beach, save time!
So many restaurants in the area.
They have a parking and is cheap.
The service was normal. Extra towel for the beach is available.
The bed was ok.
The A/C worked good.
NNatalie XThe room was great, clean, spacious and really comfortable. There was a fridge and a floor length mirror. There was a bar of soap but no body wash provided which would have been nice. We had lovely views even without the ”full ocean view”. The hotel is right on the beach and has a couple of awesome options for food and drinks nearby. The area felt very safe at night and all the staff were very friendly. Check in was a little slow and the lift is a little slow but overall we had an excellent stay and would come here again.
