Avoid at all costs. Nicolas is a very aggressive, very angry administrator. He doesn't like same sex couples, or women. This lead to us being made homeless at 1am. Two women forced out on the street due to his awful behaviour. No where on the advert does it state that this is a shared apartment which is very misleading.

We stayed in this structure one night, on the occasion of the Fireworks of the Redeemer. The location is perfect, the owner kind and helpful. The room has a relaxation area with sofa and armchairs as well as a coffee machine, an essential bathroom and an average room. The biggest problem is found in the lack of a fixed air conditioner. Included is a fan and portable air conditioner too noisy to be able to sleep at night. The bathroom unfortunately becomes a sauna. In short, it would take very little to be more welcoming.

El lugar es lejano al corazón de venecia, no es un departamento independiente, aunque en la publicación de Booking decía que sí. Compartimos el lugar con alguien más, y deberían decir eso en la publicación. Tiene un gran cocina, que al menos mientras fuimos no se podía utilizar, no sabemos la razones. La habitación y baño eran cómodas.
