It’s great. Especially the owners service is really great, recommend restaurant and tell us the info need. Being so nice.
The room is great. if the heater can be warmer it will be better.

its a nice hotel located in San Marco area so it's really convenient for tourists to go to attractions for just a few minutes walk. Major cons include:
- 3 flights of stairs
- crappy doors
- no breakfast
but overall i enjoyed my stay here

It is a good price for average room. I think they charged us extra tax per night and per person 7euro almost same price 5 star hotel.

Прекрасное расположение! Номера находятся на верхних этажах (лифта нет. учитывайте это, если у вас много багажа). Если подняться по лестнице от ресепшена, то вы попадете в небольшую обеденную зону, где утром можно бесплатно воспользоваться кофе машиной. Там же находится выход на террасу. Вечером мы пили там вино и наслаждались видом. Ресепшен работает только в определенное время, но нам это не принесло неудобств. Всю важную информацию о правилах проживания нам отправили на почту заранее.

L'hotel si trova dietro piazza San Marco in un vicoletto, in terzo e quarto piano senza ascensore tipico stile veneziano camere carine piccoline ma comode con bagno in camera aria condizionata, piccolo frigo e bollitore.

酒店較老，島上酒店大多條件有限，能理解，早餐也比較簡單，品種少。
